Past Projects
Eight recent builds across Boise and the Treasure Valley.

A full driveway replacement in interlocking pavers with a contrasting soldier course to draw the edge. Everything that matters is underneath: excavated, base compacted in lifts, then screeded and set so the surface stays flat through freeze and thaw.
[Neighborhood] · 2023
A side yard most houses waste, turned into the best room on the property. A linear runnel runs the length of the courtyard with stone pads crossing it, and the planting is kept tight and evergreen so the geometry stays legible in every season.
[Neighborhood] · 2024
Large-format slabs keep the joint lines quiet, so the deck reads as one surface rather than a pattern. The paving is cut to follow the curve of the pool and banded in a darker border, with falls set away from the water.
[Neighborhood] · 2025
A built-in cooking run under cover, sized around the way the family actually entertains: grill, cold storage, and enough uninterrupted counter to stage a meal. Tucked against the house so it reads as architecture, not an appliance parked outdoors.
[Neighborhood] · 2023
The lot fell away hard along one side and the usable yard was disappearing into the slope. A segmental block wall holds the grade along the full property line, with drainage rock behind it, and the ground above brought back to a flat, plantable yard.
[Neighborhood] · 2023
Runoff had been cutting its own path across the yard, so we gave it a better one. A cobble-lined dry creek takes the water where it should go and reads as landscape the rest of the year, with boulders set to look found rather than placed.
[Neighborhood] · 2024
Paving laid around what was already there rather than through it. The terrace opens out beneath mature trees and swells into a circle where the trunks allowed it, with the paths following the lines people were already walking.
[Neighborhood] · 2024
The smaller work that makes a property feel finished: an entry garden built around a fountain urn and drought-tolerant silver foliage, poured curbing to hold the bed lines clean, and timber raised beds on a gravel pad for the kitchen garden.

Drag the handle. Everything that matters is under the surface — excavation, base compacted in lifts, edges restrained — and that is what keeps a driveway flat through the freeze and thaw.
